Merchant shipping

The sea is dredged in front of the Vuosaari port.

The Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency commissions maritime traffic management for merchant shipping and other water transport. It is also responsible for co-ordinating, developing, and assisting in sea travel during the winter.
