A timber floating canal, where boats cannot fit in the lock at the same time as floating timber. When necessary attach your vessel to the waiting platform below.
Please note: At times, water is run through the canal for the regulation of water levels, which causes a dangerously high flow in the canal. A red flashing light signal is used to warn canal users of higher water flow. During the running of water, the route along the upper canal is closed with a floating boom. If you enter the canal during the run-out, carefully fasten your vessel to the waiting pier and contact the operating personnel.
