The Finnish Transport Agency, in collaboration with the Kouvola Unit of the Lappeenranta University of Technology, has conducted a study on commuter railway traffic in three Northern European countries: Denmark, Sweden, and Estonia.
For the study, railway industry operators, trade unions, parties purchasing commuter traffic services, and customers of the services were interviewed.
