Customer and stakeholder survey on vessel traffic services 2015

The Finnish Transport Agency is conducting a customer and stakeholder survey on vessel traffic services. We would like to know how the operations of the VTS, GOFREP and Turku Radio have met your expectations and how we could improve our activities to more accurately respond to your needs. Please enter your feedback and ideas for improvement in the enclosed questionnaire. This will help us develop the vessel traffic services and enable better allocation of services in the future.

The last time we conducted a customer and stakeholder survey was in 2012.The purpose of this survey is to find out how we have succeeded in developing our operations since then.

We hope that you can spare a few minutes to complete this questionnaire and give us feedback on our operations.

Here is a direct and anonymous link to the questionnaire, which can be used as many times as you like; it is therefore possible to give several responses via the same link. It takes about 10-15 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Please fill in the questionnaire by the 30th of September 2015. A summary of the measures taken as a result of the feedback will be posted later on the Finnish Transport Agency's website.
