Draught Juankoski - below Lastukoski Canal is 1.8 m and clearance is 8 m. Draught Lastukosko Lock - Nilsia - Tahkovuori 1.5 m and the clearance of the fixed bridge passing over the lock is 4.3 m
Self-service lock. When approaching from below, the self-service starter cord and the instructions for its use are on the lower canal’s pier on the left, and when approaching from above, these are on the top canal’s pier, near the bridge on the right.
