Digiroad publication 2/2018 is now available at Finnish Transport Agency data service.
Data
The geometry is obtained from the National Land Survey of Finland with a time stamp of August 13th 2018.
- The road address network data parallels the situation in the Road Register data as it was in the beginning of year 2018.
- Speed and weight limit data as well as public transport stop data concerning the road network parallels the situation in the Road Register data as it was in August 2018. Concerning other road network data objects the data parallels the situation as it was in the beginning of year 2018.
- The street network data objects are included based on the situation in August 2018.
- In the next data publication all data objects will be updated according to the current situation in the Road Register.
Two new values have been added to the Road link type data. These values indicate routes used by special transport such as arrangements concerning large ramp entities or detours for low bridges.
From this publication onwards the data is published also in GeoPackage format.

Next publication
The next Digiroad release will most likely be available in the beginning of November 2018. The road link geometry will be updated at the same time.
