The Digiroad release 5/2016 has been published on 5 January 2017 and is available on View and Download Service of the Finnish Transport Agency.
Winter speed limit information updated
Winter speed limit data was updated for the release 5/2016 according to the decisions made by the ELY Centres in autumn 2016. At the same occasion the data format was modified. New data don't contain winter speed limits in the road segments where regular speed limits are lower or equal to winter speed limits.

Release notes are available at the Digiroad website > Documents. This release does not contain quality reports.
Next release
The next release will be available in February 2017 and it will contain also the modifications caused by the merging of municipalities that occured at the beginning of year 2017 (Luvia > Eurajoki and Juankoski > Kuopio). In addition, the next release will contain information about road links that are under contruction. This data is provided by NLS.
